Become A (Private Duty & Group Home) Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse At Hope Home Care
The LPN/RN Candidate Will
Medication Administration without Error.
Provide impeccable care to clients by assisting in scheduled activities as well as overall care management.
Deliver professional nursing services including direct nursing care in the areas of health maintenance, nutrition, activities of daily living and the treatment and prevention of illness.
Take part in nursing interventions and their documentation, case finding, health teaching/counseling and provision of supportive and/or restorative care.
Participate in staff training, prepare clinical and administrative reports, maintain infection control standards and function as a member of a treatment team.
Patients may have Vent and need G Tube Care or Tracheostomy Care.
Perform related duties as required.
Qualifications
Registered Nursing Certificate (RN) required.
Current License to practice as a Registered Nurse in NY State required.
CPR certification required.
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Strong assessment and documentation skills.
1-year practical nursing experience a plus (new graduates are welcome to apply).
Must be reliable, dependable and on time.
